Question I accidentally hit my PC.

So while lifting my tower I miscalculated and ended up hitting the top rear of my PC case with the bottom of my desk somewhat hard, leaving a slight mark (https://ibb.co/v3BdXms)
So far the PC works okay and everything seems straight, but I'm a bit worried. Is it possible something might've been damaged internally?

Anything is always possible, but it's very unlikely so long as everything is working properly. Now, dropping it on the floor, that might be a bit more likely to cause damage.
