I accidentally installed windows 8.1 three times

I built a pc and when I installed windows it took me three attempts to get it to work. Now I have three copies of windows on my computer. How do I delete the two I don't want?

Just boot your pc in the desired OS you wanna keep and then just format other partitions with unwanted os

so just press window+R key then type msconfig the press enter, click on boot and then delete desired OS.😀
