[SOLVED] I accidentally touched the GPU

So I have accidentally touched the GPU of my graphics card and now its not working. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?
My GPU is Sapphire Nitro RX 5700 XT

I was taking it out of the cpu case to transfer it to another case

Make sure the power connections on the card are right and fit. Power off the computer turn off PSU switch and take out the CMOS battery for 5 minutes. Place battery back in and boot up and see if it works.

for some reason when I boot it up the graphics card is not detected, but it turns on, the gpu fans are turning.

How did you touch the gpu then? If you did not take the cooler off it should be under it.

Follow Turtle Rig's suggestions, more than likely card is not inserted properly, or power connections are missing or loose.

Try resetting the cmos on your motherboard
