I accidentally unplugged my computer while it was on now it doesn’t turn on and has a solid red light on

Hey please help my I accidentally unplugged my computer while it was on now it doesn’t turn on and has a solid red light on. The light turns off when I unplugged the computer after a little while and then turns back on after I re plug it in. I tried resetting the bios and doing the hold power button for ten seconds but it isn’t working. Please help

take your CMOS battery out, unplug your power cord from PSU, let the motherboard sits for 5 mins see if it helps
