I assume you are talking about Wi-Fi Protected Setup or WPS. There is a button or some other way to activate this on the router and your phone has a way to connect using WPS too. If you need more help, first you can look for WPS in the manual, because it really is the best way to learn. The board will need the make and model of the equipment to provide further help.

BTW, WPS has a widely known flaw that makes its use a security risk for your router. The best practice is to turn it off and set a personal passphrase. Your router may have a preset, default passphrase printed on the label too.
