Delete the pen drive from device manager, remove it and reboot. When windows is runing again, plug it back in.

@popatim-my frnd i also face robinkang's problem..i also have a sony pen and when i try to open my pen it says "please add a disk into removeable disk (i)"
i serch many softwares..bt i couldnt...so plz help me..
