[SOLVED] I am at a Complete Loss here.... Volume super low

I am not even sure when this has happened. But all of a sudden, my volume levels are to the point where i can hardly hear it. This is at 100% i have googled everything I can find and nothing seems to work.

Updated Drivers, Device manager etc etc I just don't get it. The only thing I can think of is some windows 10 64 update Effed this up for me?

Sound works the volume is just super low for some reason on all applications, games, programs everything...

This is driving me Nuts!

if you have Realtek audio try disabling and/or uninstalling any Nahimic software or add-ons.
