and i dont know why they arent working together i need help or info on how to hook them up

Give more info, there is no reason that they shouldn't work fine together.

the processor runs(i see the fan running), it can turn on and off, but when i turn on my moiter it doesnt show up on the screen, the reset swithc, power switch, hdd led, and the other cord dont even show where they are supposed to go so i keep messing around with them

IS the motherboard screen appearing to go into BIOS? Also, just because the fan is does not mean that there is anything happening.

i just gave it to a prfessional to build it for $30, he will call me if anything goes wrong
