ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1070 Founders Edition 8GB GDDR5
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
8 or 16 gb ram
1 or 2 tb internal hard drive
cooler master hyper 212 evo
(also i plan to overclock these one i figure out how to)

Go with intel an i5 4690k or i5 6660k. 650psu evga

First off, give me a budget for your build, I can put together a much better one!

You don't want to get an AMD CPU as they have poor IPC, which is essentially how much each core can do at once.
They are also less optimized than Intel in most games.
Is there a specific case you want in your build?

For $20 more you can get 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which is quickly becoming the norm.

Because that's not all there is, you can get the same quality power supply for cheaper, and that motherboard is overpriced atm. For the same price there is a better alternative.
I could go instead of saying don't get this build: change the motherboard, RAM, power supply and graphics card, but that's 60% of the build.....
