I am building a PC for the first time, and can't decide which processor to go with. In previous threads, I have gotten answers such as "it's not worth it imho. a viable alternative will be an lga1150 setup." Please do not give vague answers like this, as they are not helpful, and I want to know the advantages of each, not just your opinion since you are an intel or AMD fan. I will be using this PC for gaming only, and will not be over clocking. Now, I know that generally Intel outperforms AMD, even though AMD has higher clock speed and more cores, but is the difference worth the extra 80-100 dollars? I have also heard that AMD is more likely to fluctuate in clock speed, is this true? And since I will most likely be upgrading my CPU, will it be smarter to go with Intel, or will AMD continue to release new CPU's that can compete with Intel or will I be stuck changing my motherboard and my CPU? In addition, does anyone have any other advice on my build?
Here it is:

Note: the CPU and motherboard are not there since, obviously I'm undecided.

Thanks

Buy the graphics card from Newegg instead of Amazon, you'll get 3 free games and still pay the same $440.

I'd remove the PCI Wi-fi adapter from the list and get a MB with wireless. PCI is a bit too old now, and the need for PCI slots reduces your MB choices a lot.

CPU/MB - I'd pick an i5-4670K and Asus Z87-Pro

That MB already has 802.11a/b/g/n, so don't buy the Rosewill Wi-fi card. You won't need it, and you won't have a PCI slot for it anyway.
