I am choosing between 2 PSU's

Hi guys, i can't decide witch PSU should i better buy , between these two Enermax ATX 2.31 LEPA B 80+ 700W B700-MB or COOLER MASTER ATX 2.3 THUNDER 700W

I am quite lost here , i am choosing them for my new graphics card : SAPPHIRE AMD/ATI RADEON R9 280 3GB GDDR5 PCIE 11230-00-20G

I would like suggestions about these two , cuz i don't really have that much money , also these two are available to me atm.

I would like to hear which one is better.

if these two are your only options then go with the Enermax Lepa

get COOLER MASTER ATX 2.3 THUNDER 700W with 85% efficiency

I wouldn't buy either one but the Lepa B is at least 80 Plus Bronze certified. Low end CoolerMaster units are generally crap.
