i am seeing vids of similar specs playing the game at medium
can anyone tell me for sure ?

amd fx6300 6-core 3.5ghz
amd hd 7750 1gddr5 edition
8gb ram

Both your CPU and GPU are below the recommended (possibly the minimum) specs required to play.

That said, you should be able to play at low-medium.

You MIGHT be able to run in on low settings @1080P but the game is very demanding. If you go into Steam/CanIRunIt? the minimum specs call for a video card >2gb of Vram. If you have a friend/family that has it on Steam have them log into there account on your computer/download the game/then try to run it and see how well it works. You might have to run it on a lower resolution then <1080P.

The minimum CPU and GPU requirements are Phenom II X4 940 and GTX 680 and I think that is ridiculous.

I've had the game since release and the game is kindof broken/glitchy (at least with some of the Co-op mishs). Even if you meet the requirements it may not run very smooth. It will take a few patches to get it running right (hopefully). The closest system I have to yours is a i5-4590@3.3ghz and a evga 750ti ftw 2gb card and the game runs pretty smooth @1080P on Med settings. If you havent purchased the game I would wait to see how Ubisoft plans on fixing the performance.
