I am dumb.

So, im not really requesting any help, i just thought that i would share a story with all of you.

having built at least a few hundred systems and gaming machines in my career I was setting up a gaming machine for my roommate today. The last machine i was putting together had a few DOA parts and i spent countless hours stressing over it testing everything and troubleshooting. So im sitting here wondering why it wont post. nothing is happening except fans spinning. I spent at least 3 hours troubleshooting, trying things, reseating everything one by one only to realize.....the 4pin connector wasnt plugged into to power the CPU.

I feel extra dumb now and cant believe I let something so necessary slip my mind.

this happen to anyone else? or am i just losing my mind lol.

I think we all have a moment like that. Stuff happens.

the most recent dumb moment I had was i forgot to plug the PCIe power connectors into my 2nd gpu. All my monitors were plugged into the 1st gpu. i was really confused why my frame-rate was so much lower when playing games....

but oh well these moments happen....
