Question i am getting an average temp of my intel i3 4th gen processor about 64-70degre C..(full load) normally it stables at 53-57..C

To be honest the idle temps need to between 30-40 and under full load around 60-75 but the best way to cool down your cpu is to get more better cooler or check to see if the cooler is tightened and fitted right and check the paste to see if you need to redo it.

I have applied thermal paste yesterday...but still has no upgrade. My avrge temp is 56..55..C (no load) why this happens?
