Hi,
I started having this problem yesterday out of nowhere.
I am using 2 monitors, both connected to my GPU. 1 is my PC monitor that I connect via DVI-D and the second is my TV that I connect via HDMI. Been doing it for over 3 years now and yesterday the problem started out of nowhere.
My 2 monitors that connected to the PC just turned black and showed a message saying 'no signal'.
And now if I try to boot the PC it get to the BIOS load screen on 1 of the screens, and after that it just show me the message again of 'no signal'. And also I don't hear any windows start sounds, so I think the windows won't load. And also, my mouse RGB keep turning, my case fans still spin, but the keyboard light are stuck, I can't turn on and off the Num Lock and the Caps lock lights off
If I try to connect only the HDMI it works fine and boot normally, and when I try to connect the DVI-D to then they both turn black and I get the no signal message, and again, the same thing with the fans, mouse and keyboard.
And when I connect only the DVI-D monitor then again I see the bios load and then getting black screen and 'no signal', like in the first situation when I try to connect both to the GPU.
It only works fine when I connect both monitors or just one to the motherboard.
When I try to go to safe mode with the DVI-D monitor connected it works. So I tried to update driver but now every time I try to install a driver it show the black screen 'no signal' and stuck in installation after the "installing display driver" part. And again, the same thing with the sound, keyboard and mice.
It happened also when I try to re-roll to previouse driver version.
And I delete the old driver with DDU before trying to install new one.
And now when there is no driver installed it also boot normally to windows while using DVI-D monitor.
I just have no idea what should I try and what cause the problem.
My GPU is R9 290
My motherboard is Gigabyte H81M-HD3 (REV 1)
Got 16GB Ram
and I have 650W PSU - CX650 CORSAIR
and I am using Windows 10 64bit
Any way to fix that?
I tried to update GPU driver but still doesen't work.
