[SOLVED] I am getting low fps on all games and not performing as intended

Dishonored 2, hellblade senuas sacrifice and destiny 2 are some of the games I have tested, youtube benchmarks all show fps above 60 on same specifications but all the above games I have tested on my rig cannot manage stable 60 and are even dropping to 45 fps. Please help I dont know what is wrong.



My PC specs are as follows
Gtx 1660 , I5 7400 , MSI h110m, 8 gb ram 2133mhz, 500 watt coolermaster powersupply.

Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU: make and model, not just the wattage
OS: version of OS

What BIOS version are you on as well? Might want to use DDU to uninstall the drivers and reinstall the latest drivers from Nvidia's support site, manually installing them, i.e; Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
