I am getting lower fps than i used to for no reason

So its been a week since i upgraded to win 10 and when i open some games i got the same fps or higher, i used to get 190 on 1 game and now its 110 and i am thinking is it because of the win 10 upgrade or is just something wrong with my pc

my spec Intel i3-3220 3.30GHz
6gb
64-bit
