[SOLVED] I am getting stutters in some games and i have a decent pc

I recently bought a pc

ryzen 5 3500x
gigabyte b450m ds3h v2
msi gaming x gtx 1660 super
1 stick 16gb ddr4 hyperx fury black
deep cool gammax cooler cpu
psu deepcool dn 450w 80 plus
kingston m.2nvme 500gb
windows 10 pro n

I was wondering, if some of these components are causing a bottleneck or the psu doesnt power the gpu as it should, i should add that im playing on a 75hz 1080p monitor.

The stutters im getting are in rocket league, csgo, fortnite, doom 2016, but for instance the witcher 3, fallout 4, minecraft are running fine.

With afterburner open the cpu usage goes from 40 to 80 (sometimes) but the gpu, usage usually stays around 90 - 92 and the stutters occur when it drops to 80 percent. The temps cpu stays at 55C while gpu hits max 72C.

I am mainly worried about the psu, or the fact the i have a single 16gb ram stick

would appriciate the help

i should add that im playing on a 75hz 1080p monitor.

If your monitor doesn't have any kind of adaptive refresh technology: In titles that are easier to run, excessively high frames can lead to screen tearing as well.

Single to dual channel can be as significant as running a 4 core/4 thread cpu in 2020.

It used to be ok to run single channel setups in games... not anymore.
