or Cooler Master N400 Cabinet

i am confused with cabinet and processor. And please tell me which is best for me. I am on a tight budget too.

I understand that you are on a budget, but do not expect the latest games to run nicely on only 4 GB of RAM. Today 8 GB are usual and 16 GB are comfortable. 4 GB must already be considered a bottleneck.

Your PSU is oversized. A 430 Watts PSU will be able to power your system nicely. Too large-dimensioned PSUs are not only more expensive, they are also less efficient, drawing more power than necessary.

If you need to pay for electricity yourself (as opposed to mum and dad paying for that and you just putting the plug into the wall outlet), then you may also want to consider long-term costs. Those AMD CPUs consume a whole lot more power (and generates a corresponding amount of heat, heating up your room in summer and requiring fans to cool away) than Intel processors with comparable or better performance. Intel is somewhat more expensive though.

Both cases you named will serve you well. You can make your decision on price or personal preference regarding those.

Sorry, but you have some things mixed up. First of all , the FX 6300 runs at max tj of 62C, that is 10 degrees lower than any intel i3, i5, or i7, so it will run cooler than any of the Intel's.
Second the FX 6300 has a TDP of 95W , so if the OP goes for lets say i5 4430, which has a TDP of 84W , the difference in electricity bill will be plus $2 in a period of one year. So in the start you will loose $80 more for buying an i5 and will never get the money back form saving on electricity, because it will have to pass 40 years for the i5 to be justified for the price.
Third, that PSU is maybe more than his system needs, but his system will draw max of 300w which is 50% of the total power output of the PSU. Just to know that particular PSU is 80+ efficient at 50%-75% load.
Forth, PSU with bigger wattage is not a big problem, since the size of the PSU will allow him in the future to upgrade any parts, without having to buy another PSU

-If the budget alows get another 4GB RAM, and better GPU, something like R9 270

i want to play GTA 5 in full resolution. so i have to do overclocking. fx 6300, 8gb ram, M5A97 Evo R2.0 enough.
GPU i buy later. i am right now confused with mobo and processor.

GTA5 is not yet made for PC, so nobody knows what specs you need to play GTA5. FX6300 + M5A97Evo+ R9 270X will give you nice performance with many games at 1080P on medium settings.
