I have a 1600x900, 60hZ monitor, connected by HDMI.
When I boot up, first of all there are some times where I boot up and monitor has no signal, I replug the HDMI and it goes back to normal. My resolution is 1600x900 as always, but once I open a game (any game), the resolution switches to 1024x768, but ONLY on the desktop, and I can't change it.
I've tried to change it with NVIDIA Control Panel, but no results, and when I try to change it with Windows' display settings, it changes, but when I leave the window, it switches back. In-game I can use whatever resolution I want.
I've tried multiple ways like reinstalling drivers (not with DDU, gotta try), unplugging and plugging HDMI, and nothing.
8 GB RAM
Intel Core i3 8100 (iGPU disabled)
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 (3 GB VRAM)
GIGABYTE H310M-H
Windows 10 64 Bit
