I am having awful issues

My setup:
Asrock 890gx pro3 mobo
Phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz
Patriot g2 8gb memory
Gigabyte hd 6670 1gb gddr3 edition
470 watt power supply unsure on maker

My pc was running perfect for 3 times. And when I went to turn I back on I powers up, goes through it's process, and I get Dr. Debug code 0d when I have my pcie card in it. And when I attempt to use the onboard graphics, with the pcie card out, I just get code b2. I tried clearing cmos and everything but still nothing. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

This can be an issue "470 watt power supply unsure on maker". Bad power supply = bad system.

You said you ran this build only 3 times, but it's old parts, did you buy new old parts or is this a used system or one you built from used parts?
