Hello guys i have a problem with my PC for a while now. the FPS of anything just drops twitch/counter strike/league of legends.
i have stable fps no drops but then suddenly my fps goes to around 20-30 for 5 seconds and then instantly goes to 80 FPS again.

These are my parts if you need any specific information i can give that too.
Also it doesn't look like it is overheating cooling down and providing me FPS again i don't know that much about computers i hope i could get some help with this.
also the quality i am playing the game at doesn't change this issue.
