Question i am having problems with using disk partition programs

It could be that Partition Wizzard (whatever this is) does not support Windows XP, or needs to be installed in order to work properly.

What do you want to do explain please. That error is is stating that dll file is missing.

i tried that too but not working and everything i tried supported windows xp

and i do have the kernel32.dll file in system32

That error indicates that that particular version of Partition Wizard is not compatible with your specific version of Windows.

What is the service pack version on your system? If you right click my computer than select properties.

Yes software has to be installed before you use it. Unless its a portable which just uses a folder to storage the program.

Think upgrading to a newer OS would be of benefit. I do not know the hardware you have or what you are using the PC for.
