I am having trouble recieving msn messages

i am having trouble recieving msn messages.i can be chatting to my mum in spain and i will see her typing then it goes so i expect to see her reply but dont get anything.we have both uninstalled and then reinstalled msn but this doesnt seem to have made any difference.what else can we try

you can get them from other contacts on your msn list?

I suggest moving over to skype or another messager program because Live Messager has been flaky for awhile now. I moved to skype and like it much better.

I know this isnt a fix for you but just my $.02. Sorry I couldnt help
