I am hearing impaired. Any ideas?

I am hearing impaired in both ears. My right ear is significantly worse than my left ear. I play csgo and have a hard time with hearing which way the enemy is. I have tried hearing aids with a streamer device but they dont have directional sound, so they are kinda useless. I have tried Astro A40 with mixamp but it doesnt let me balance the sound. Id need like 70% of sound to right ear and 30% to left. The only semi decent thing I used was a Steelseries Siberia v2 headset and then I balanced the sound. It was decent but still not as loud as id like. Any ideas what I can try? If i get internal sound card would I still be able to balance sound with a L and R slider?
