I am in need of advice

I have a hp8300elite sff i5 3570 and I'm wondering what the current best gpu I can install in it.
The limits are
It must be a low profile card but it can be a two slot version

It cannot use more than 35w

I have no issues with heat I maxed the CPU and it runs under 60c

I'm looking for any sort of improvement I am installing a gt1030 now but I'm wondering if there is anything else I might be able to get to boost performance

Any help would be appreciated and if I have the best option then feel free to say so

You could put it in a different case with a better PSU and put any GPU in there.

Well the problem is that the actual mobo and psu are proprietary so putting them in any other case is out of the question and at that point I'd rather just build a new one which I don't have funds for so I'm trying to rig this one up to hold out until I can build a new one
