I currently have a dual booting machine-- Hackintosh macOS Sierra/Windows 10
The specs are:
-Asrock z77 extreme 4
-core i7 2600k 3.4 (I usually OC to 4.4) ~100W
-16 GB 1600mhz ram DD3
-MSI GTX 970
-Corsair H55 waiter cooler
-EVGA 850W power Supply

I use this rig for gaming and I use to use mac a lot, but I have started using my MacBook and my other Hackintosh laptop more for that. However, it is still nice to be able to boot macOS occasionally, but not necessary.

I recently bought a PC from a pawn shop at a screaming deal!
I only need one desktop though.
The new one's specs are:
-Asus M5A99FX Pro 2.0
-AMD FX-9590 Vishera 8-core 4.7 ~220W
-32GB 1600mhz ram DDR3 (EDIT: 1866mhz)
-2X Asus Rog GTX 980 Matrix 4GB -- in SLI
-Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate (CL-W007-PL12BL-A)
-XFX 1000W power supply

My questions are...
Should I switch to the entire system or keep my MB and CPU?
If I do keep my CPU is there a way to use that awesome Water cooler with my CPU?
Which CPU is better? I always lean towards intel, but I could just be prejudice. I know the 8 core is good at multitasking and according to benchmarks the 2600 and the 9590 are very comparable. I don't care about wattage.
I know that the intel has HD 4000.

One plus I see to keeping my intel MB is that I can someday upgrade to an ivy bridge, but it isn't much of an upgrade. Will the newer AMD CPUs have the same socket?
Is there any benefit in SLI in having more cores?
Am I asking these questions on the Wrong website?

Remember... I would like to install macOS but I do not have to.
I am going to sell which ever setup I do not chose to keep on Ebay, so do not just tell me to keep both.

note: Which ever setup I will keep the 32Gb ram and the 980s

Solution
Congrats on a sweet deal!

First of, you will be fine with switching your rig to 32gb ram, it will just dial back to lower frequency on the intel system ( you may be able to optimize that via bios, but most usage cases wouldn't feel the difference anyway )

Unfortunately, your gut feeling regarding 9590 is true, please sell it to someone who needs a cheap rig and does not care about all the downsides that brings. OC i7 2600k is better/same.

I would also sell one of the 980s while they are still not dirt cheap, and put it into 'upgrade gpu later' jar. 980 is a great card, and multiple cards is just messy. What monitor do you use?

Edit Compatibility for Water 3.0 Ultimate from their site: LGA 1150/1151/1155/1156 , so you should be able...

Alright, So I found out that unlike what the pawnshop dealer said about the PC I bought, I have 1866 ram with the AMD 9590.
Therefore, I cannot transfer ram to the intel. My plan is to keep the AMD for now.
The AMD is a 2 year newer processor too

one last thing I have to consider is that the motherboard for the AMD is much newer and nicer, but I guess I can just say that that increases the resale value.
