I need the pc for gaming mainly.a future proof one since i do not plan on upgrading.Also as power efficient as possible.I am not being able to decide and dont wanna make any mistakes in my first gaking build.Any help will be appreciated.thank you

buy it from your nearest store
CPU:3.0 ghz core i5 Quad core processor
Ram:8 gb ddr3 1600mhz
GPU:nvidia geforce gtx 780
M board : Asus Z87-K
CASE : rosewill dual fan case
Psu : 600 watts
wter cooling is important
and buy a 1 tb hdd instead of a ssd or 2 tb hdd

Specops, the Build u made a list of is much more high in Cost..

i7 4790k
16 gb ddr3 2133 or 2400.
1 tb, 128 ssd
970 4gb
cooling, case, dvd, 750 psu and any Good mobo like gaming 7 gigabyte will cost max 12 to 1300.. if u buy the parts Online then the cost will be high. if online but from PC BUILDERS website then okey from local shop.
i build a pc without GPU i7 6700 skylake with ddr 4 for 1200$..
