I think I have some major issues with decisions

All I want is a PC to play DotA2 at 90-120~ FPS in high settings 1080p while streaming on twitch and running some side programs like music, skype and some Twitch TV things like subs counter, sub announcer ,donation announcer , donation message roller and etc.

My budget goal is to buy a PC to meet my demands not over it and not below it
just bullzeye !

I buy it with my money and I don't want to limit the performance with a number I rather use a goal.

Pls send help ! I am losing it over here so many options so many possibility's....

Hmmmmmm Alright since you are not tied to a budget then this will do the trick in multitasking.

Sorry I have horrible grammar and really bad punctuation habits (not to mention I have a minor dyslexia and this is not my native language)

hmm I am the clueless one here how do you want me to give a budget ?

I want the PC to do "X" in terms of performance and and the term for the budget to stop rising is reaching that "X" mark

My budget is not spending unnecessary money

I have no idea how much it cost to to reach "X"

Simple dogma: Build me a car that reaches 80 mph means I want a car that reaches 80 mph not a car that reaches "80>"

I really appreciate your help TopLuca

where do you think the overkill lays and how can I eliminate it ?

I am starting to think that my mistake was not looking into the dept of the demands of the software's I 'll use the future, Therefore the only way to ensure that I will meet my goals is to over kill it like you did , And this is exactly what I tend to do when i try to build the system my self.

thank you for this conversion it has been really productive!

Time to dig deep I feel less terrified :)

Well , I provided something that's ideal for what you're doing . You can save a few extra dollars by dropping the GPU to GTX 970 and the SSD to 128Gb. Also you can drop the liquid cooling to air cooling something like Noctua CPU fans.

If rendering isn't in the equation 8Gb of Ram should be enough.
