I am looking for a budget PC ATX cases with some requirements.

I am building a new gaming rig for a strict budget. So I have been looking everywhere but all the cases that are suitable for my room are really expensive. So I am looking for a case, under $70 AUD.
Requirements-
Light colour, (I prefer white)
Fans
Usb3
At least 2 3.5 drives
At least 1 2.5 drive
At least 1 5.25 drive
Under or around 70 AUD ( no more than $5 more)
Can fit a 250-300mm gpu

Preferences-
Side window
Bottom mounted PSU
LEDs (I prefer blue but does not have to be)

Here is an really well built budget case by Corsair that isn't white, I know... But anyhow, a really classy premium case
It has 1 fan included in the back I think!
