First off. I know this is not the correct forum to post this topic, but assume everyone here uses thermal paste when building a PC I would get a greater chance of response. I was hopping the community here can help me track down a place to buy electrically conductive thermal paste as a consumer. Short story is I build a battery spot, with all the mosfets connected to a negative busbar to handle high current loads. I plan to apply the electrically conductive thermal paste between the mosfets and busbar.

A bit lost & trying to work out what you mean.
What's wrong with a direct solder connection ??

A conductive thermal paste would dry up fairly quickly with a strong current running through it IMO.

There are electrically conductive glues which actually set to a solder-like bond, still not sure what kind of current they'll take before breaking down though.

Dohh, i hit the wrong button for saying this thread is solved when it isn't.

So I googled it and found TIMtronics to make the product as Silver Ice 710 but did not find a online store selling it. I prefer to use paste instead of glue for parts replacement in the long run. The mosfets are held with screws to the aluminum busbar and pcb.
