I am looking into upgrading my powersupply...any suggestions for a 1000w power supply for around $200 thanks!!

OK.. so i am looking into upgrading my power supply currently i have a 900w apevia power supply, it does the job but i have a pretty high end pc and wanting a more quality power supply.

My PC specs---
CPU: i7 6700k
mobo: GA-Z170X-Gaming 7
GPU: 2x AMD r9 280 power color
ram: 16gb ddr4 hyper x 2133
storage: 120gb kingston SSD, 240gb samsung SSD, 1tb wdc blue HDD

i have been loooking at psu's and the v1000 by coolermaster has caught my eye and looks good for me, but any suggestions before i buy?

Yes, get rid of the Apevia. Dual R9-280s only require a 800W PSU, but a 1KW would give you some more headroom.

Look no further than the 1000W GQ. Better than the G2. The G2 uses Capxon electrolytic capacitors.
