I am Looking to 3D Print an IO Cover for my motherboard Need Help With Dimensions

i cant find any images with the dimensions for ATX motherboards
i also need the dimension for the 2 screws next to the IO panel

Don't know what type of screws they are. You could measure the area out yourself to get an idea of the rough size of it. Asus recently started incorporating 3d printed stuff for mobs, they might have something.
