I have an ultrabook with amd e-450 apu with radeon hd graphics 1.65 ghz n 6gb RAM.....even after updating drivers I find the cpu usage to 100 %....so I am looking to overclock my cpu...plz help
1) You can't overclock that. Non-gaming laptops are designed for power efficiency, not performance. Ultrabooks especially.
2) Overclocking wouldn't help anyway in your case with such low specs. The E-450 has a very weak architecture (sorry, someone had to say it). You need to cut some processes running in the background.

Don't know. You'd have to run task manager and see what's running that you don't need. Also maybe use MSCONFIG and shut down programs that launch automatically on startup. But I will say a lot of people have complained about the performance of their E-450 powered netbooks.
