Hello. So I will be keeping my 970 for my GPU for now, and I have a CX650M for my PSU. I pln to get a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 for my CPU and Patriot Viper 4 Series Extreme Performance DDR4 16GB (2 X 8GB) for my RAM. I am wanting to make sure that everything is compatible and I am wondering what mobo I should get. I want it to be no more than $130. I will be mostly gaming and then small stuff like discord, and streaming sites. Can anyone help me out here? I was thinking about the Z390 but I am told that will not work with AMD because they use their own socket. So some help on the Mobo would me super! Thank you for your time, much love!

Solution
You cannot find a motherboard for a 3xxx series cpu for less than like 160 because it needs to be x570 or an older generation board with updated bios.

The MSI B450 A-PRO motherboard is good if you can't stand its looks the tomahawk is basically the same do keep in mind there have been some compatibility issues with early Ryzen 3000 BIOS for B350 B450 X370 and X470 motherboards.

I am really sorry, but that is over my head. =( THank you for taking the time to help me though!!
