I am my computer administrater but my computer wont take my password so i can make changes. what happened? was working fine

My computer will not let my administrator password through or recover to an earlier date before access was denied to games and files.

Sorry we can't provide assistance for password issues as we can't prove you are the owner of the computer in question.

Tom's does help with any password problems.

Either:

a) someone changed it on you
b) you have a virus that changed it or messed up permissions
c) you are trying to access someone else's files that aren't yours and you shouldn't be looking at

While a) and b) are legit, c) isn't, and of course, no one ever admits it's c), even when it is c)
