i am new , i had problem

my PC:
Case: COUGAR MG100.
Motherboard: asus H81m v3.
CPU: I5 4460 .
RAM: KINGSTON 8GB 1600.
SSD 120 GB.
WD 1TB black.
msi GTX 960 oc.
COUGAR 550 WATT.
Monitor: LG 22mp55
System: windows 10.

The main problem is I have good fps, but the game feels runs slow and gameplay feels heavy

I don't know what causes this problem, before game run smoother and faster, now unplayable

after upgrade system from windows 8.1 to windows 10 i do clean install for nvidia driver

and update drivers by Driver Booster Pro

disable windows update

disable superfetch

disable background in...

i dont know what should i do to fix this problem

mouse lag when i play shooter game

and controller lag when i play rocket league

when i press Does not move at the same time

so i feel game slow not responsive with me

wat kind of settings are u playing at???

I play always on low setting, but when I lower resolution of the NVIDIA control panel and that make screen small I feel more responsive but not like before

seems more like the gpu issue...clean the card for dust accumulation...also use display driver uninstaller from guru3d and clean install the latest drivers...
along with that u should update ur...vcredist, c++ redistributable, directx, and .net framework...

i think every things back to normal <3

but there are some things the second drive that installs games on it, I see it goes 100% usage and drop to 0%

ssd and hdd has same driver date

i am not too sure about that, but doesnt look normal to me...did u try updating it???
