If none work, discard the pen drive and buy a new one (memory chips are probably corrupted and there's no fix for that).

Personally I always throw away a pen drive as soon as it starts giving trouble. They are not expensive enough for me to waste my time trying to fix it only for it to stop working again in a few days time. In the bin it goes.

I do know that many people use a pen drive to store important files with no backups. That's just asking for trouble.
