I am not able to see the picture in the crt monitor when it is connected to the

I am not able to see the picture in the crt monitor when it is connected to the PC but when I connect it it shows no signal in the display is there any problum in the display card

Please help me with this. As I said before I have a CRT monitor.

What graphic card are you using, and what version of windows are you running? Does your CRT monitor work if you connect it to another device?

Since you have the no signal display I would say it is your video card settings. Try changing the display settings to something that the monitor can handle from windows desktop.

I agree check and see if the monitor will work with another source. If it does not, start with the cheapest fix first... Determine if the VGA or DVI monitor cable is working first (try another one), then look to the graphics card.
