Nope, they aren't compatible.

A 7850 requires dual 6pin connectors, while that PSU only has one.

The 550W version of that PSU will work though.

that psu would be able to power that card. but from what the above guy said, it doesnt have the connectors avalible. But i am sure there would be some converters to power the card

thanks for the reply, how do i know how many connectors i've got, i have found for UK not from newegg as they don't deliver to the UK. If you could explain would be great thanks again 😀

i am pretty sure the other psu has that aswell

Edit again: i have realised the others are 1 x 8-pin along with 1 x 6+2

Yep, thats it.
It didn't, the 450W only had one 6+2pin connector. While the 550W has a 6pin and a 6+2pin connector.

You can use PCI-Molex adapters (iv even seen SATA to PCI adapters), but I prefer not to use them. Rather not put the Molex rail under a load it wasn't intended for.

The HD 7850 requires only one PCI Express 6 Pin cable and not two.

That is literally the card the OP posted, and I can clearly see two 6-pin connections.

Though reference cards only have one 6-pin connector. Seems aftermarket models are mixed between single and dual 6-pins.
