Hey Mabeza,
Best wishes on buying a new GPU,
I am only going to suggest NVIDIA cards
You can get an RTX 2060 if you increase your budget by $50...although some models still cost around $350,you have a chance of getting one with $290-$300
With an RTX 2060,you can get around 75 FPS with fortnite on high settings....50-55 on ultra settings...
Incase you fear an RTX 2060 is too much for your CPU...try to get a GTX 1660 or 1650 ,both of them costs around $160-$200...and their great too.
If you are incase, trying to upgrade both CPU and GPU(which I strongly recommend) Get intel core i5 & GTX 1050 ti...
Then again, you can get great GPU,CPU and even extra RAM ,from EBAY... ( with your budget)

NB:
only NVIDIA cards because AMD cards have a lot of issues...

Your CPU is an issue for Fortnite, and really any modern game to run at a smooth rate. You can replace the video card but you will still be held back by the CPU.

For a mid range video card the 1660 super is great, 1650 super is also good for 1080 gaming but in some games you will be dropping settings to maintain higher FPS.

LMAO looks like I have a new friend on here. I personally would not touch team red with a 10 foot pole and I have my reasons. Good hardware crummy software IMO still a good company. Plus nVIdia only makes GPU's AMD is trying to do it all and will have to fail one way or another cmopared to team Green and Team Blue. First of all your CPU is weak and I assume you play at 1080p. Your not going to get 20FPS with your current rig. Buying a video card is good thing to do ASAP, but then you must upgarde your CPU as the 1080p taxing falls on the CPU's lap and not GPU to much. Best GPU for you at 200 dollars is a 1660Ti. This will give you 60fps locked if you take down settings. Eventually grab a new CPU and always use 16GB of RAM at minimum and a SSD and youll be set. Your CPU is suspect so I would not trust to even get 60fps with the new card but you must try and see as I do not know to much about that CPU except its old and endagoured species and what not. Good Luck.✝🤷‍♂️👶

Hit the used market on ebay with that budget. Get a 1080ti with 11GB memory. You can score one for $250 or less if you watch a little while.

EDIT: Yikes, that power supply though. Did you get a free bowl of soup when you bought it? You might want a little more power.

I wouldn't be willing to recommend ANY video card above an nVidia GT 1030 with THAT power supply. You're just asking for trouble. I mean, it's fine if you're just using the Vega IGP but a discrete card? I really don't think so.
