Hello there, I am from India and the prices of PC parts are high here and I have a constrained budget of "60000/-Rupees" which is roughly equal to " 860 USD" .This is the maximum I can spend. I already have a monitor , keyboard and mouse. I just need Info on MOBO, RAM, CPU, GPU,PSU, HDD,SSD , OPTICAL DRIVE, FANS, Cabinet etc.

"I should be able to make future upgrades too."

It must be able to run "Photoshop, lightroom , Adobe Premiere Pro" smoothly . It should also be able to run GAMES like GTAV , Witcher 3 , Bioshock etc at good frame rates . Thank you .

Note: "You can recommend me parts and I will search for them offline but If you want to type links to the products please search from these":

Well, with this budget it is kinda tight, especially since you want high frame rates, i would settle for Full HD gaming. Are those 50K rupees your highest budget limit? No room left?

Thank you for your recommendation. Is this configuration upgradable in the future? Can a motherboard support both intel and AMD cpus

No, intel and AMD both have totally different motherboards, in term of socket (place where you seat the cpu) and chipset. Also pretty much no build is usually much upgradeable in term other then hdd sdd. You will usually find out that everything needs to be upgraded at the time, so it is a complete rebuild at that point. In the build i recommended, you could upgrade the SSD to have more storage, now its only for windows installation only. Also better fan is an option if you are bothered by the noise of your stock cooler.

Plus, you just recommended a 5200RPM for the guy? he wants to store games on that hard drive, it is not recommended to have 5200 RPM harddrive to store games on.
Please do some research before recommending parts.

Maybe try to build your own build for him for 60K rupees, if you go for more expensive HDD you will have to downgrade gpu/cpu/psu, and those are much more important parts, then a few second longer load time..

And since HDD/SSD are much more easily upgradeable parts than gpu/cpu, its much better to start with worse storage, then to start with worse, well anything else. Because at that point, to upgrade means pretty much whole rebuild

For a guy like him he wouldn't be needing a 580 a 570 will be much better for him, plus if he is not planning on overclocking the processor hes better off using the stock cooler.
There is a lot of options but using a 5200 to store games on Is not one of them.

As i said, look at the indian market first ok? First of all, there are alot of unreputable sellers on amazon, sometimes even with two stars or less, offering hardware for half of what it is supposed to be sold there. I filtered those offers out. Second of all, better GPU will come a long way, much longer way then starting with more expensive and better drive. As i said, that is easily upgradeable later. And last thing, 580 is only 1 to 2K rupees more expensive but has 15 to 20% bump in fps. You are telling me that isnt worth it? Especially in games such as witcher 3?

Oh and last thing, i put that wraith in there for a reason, its a placeholder for a stock cooler. Duh (since, you know, it IS the stock cooler)

PS: If you want to find him a better hardware, you are more than welcome, but just saying something is bad, but not providing replacement is not great man.

It is possible to upgrade everything, point is if its worth it. HDD and SSD are easily upgradeable. GPU and CPU aswell, but it usually isn´t good idea, since you would be spending alot of money at new GPU/CPU and at that points its just better to make a new build. If you upgrade CPU, to lets say, 3700x, you would be better of in multithreaded tasks that are more CPU bound, but you would encounter GPU bottleneck. Generally i would advise agains upgrading only GPU or CPU, it should be both at the same time. But then, its better to wait couple of years and save up to a brand new PC build.
