I am planning to build a descent gaming PC, kindly guide me

You still need a CPU cooler, power supply, a case, and an operating system.

Tell me if there is anything you would like different. You can choose your desired operating system.

The reason I put an aftermarket cooler in the list was because of how loud the stock Intel CPU cooler is. I am cooling my i5-4460 with a Cooler Master Hyper TX3.

You might want to get 8 GB of RAM, Kingston Fury's are pretty good but just get 8 GB of a trusted brand with a good Mhz, CL, and preferably low profile the heat-sink may get in the way. If its in you budget get a 120 GB SSD for the OS and programs and at the very least 1 TB HDD for storage. The PSU MystoPigz chose seems kinda pricey, a cx 750m cost around the same. Oh and there's kinda no need for a DVD player.
