i am planning to remove the processor of a sff pc due to its problems with psu's and putting some graphics card on it. soooo is it possible to remove its i5 processor and put it in my built computer thats all

uhh its an i5 3570 and i want to put it in an asus H81M-D MOBO is that possible? or can you recommend a cheaper and a match for my cpu

The 3570 wont work on that board. The 3570 is socket 1155 and the H81 is socket 1150. You need a socket 1155 motherboard.

No, The cpu is socket 1155 and the motherboard is socket 1150 , to use that cpu you want a 1155 socket board, once chosen, check the makers site that this cpu is in the supported cpu list

Make sure you check the makers site that this cpu is in the supported cpu list to be sure

uhhh update can i use the heatsink that is along with my i5 3570 its a hp heatsink soo will it be fine if i include that in my "new" built computer?

The backing plate fits hp but may not fit the new mobo, hard to say without trying it

the heatsink would fit, my concerns are the plate that screws into, which is mounted on the underside of the mobo,some boards clash with hp gear like that
Looks like a poor heatsink, just buy a descent one

are there heatsinks that i can buy cheaply can you suggest something its alright if the price is in USD ill just convert it.
srry from being a computer noob but does cpu coolers have heatsinks on them or you have to buy them separately
