Question I am planning to upgrade to an i7-9700K.

If I can I would like to use my H55 cooler that is currently in my PC. If not I was wondering about getting the Hyper 212 Black Edition. I didn't know how it compared to the popular 212 evo. Any Thoughts? Will it be enough?

the 120 mm radiator AIO might be a tad small for a 9700K and sustained CPU loads, I'd look for a 240/360, or, a premium air cooler like an NH-D15...

The H55 and the hyper 212 are somewhat comparable.
You should be ok with the H55, at least at stock.
Why not try out the H55 and see how you do.
The 9700K is a beast at stock so you may not need more.

If you need better cooling, you need a good case as well as a better cooler.

You'll need to invest in a decent cooler runnin the 9700k. Mine at stock will sometimes get spikes to 70c and I have a noctura NH-D14 cooler, so if you go with anything less you might find your cpu starts getting toasty if you start running it hard.
