I am reformatting my windows 8 pic and when I get to the "where do u want to install windows" there is no unallocated space sh

I'm not sure what your intention is. If you are wanting to wipe everything and procedd as if it were a new drive then, after you are sure everything important has been backed up, Delete all the partitions and once the drive is completely unallocated then select it and click next.
