I am running windows 8.1 as the administrator the mouse and touch pad works fine but the second user the mouse locks up after

When you're the Administrator, find the mouse driver that account uses then log out and try the standard account.

In the Properties for the mouse, click to Update Driver then choose to look in side the computer and navigate to the one the Admin uses.

I have a Toshiba satellite running windows 8.1 as the administrator the mouse works but the mouse on other user it freezes or is not there. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
