I am running windows server 2003 and am looking at buying a new photo printer to use with it. Any suggestions?

To offer an alternative view, don't.

Colour inkjet printers are incredibly wasteful to run and supplies are expensive. For photos, use an instore-processing booth at a drug store or an internet processing house. For correspondence use a cheap mono laser printer.
