I am still getting these error messages at startup

i had turboc software in the name of "tcwin45" in my laptop and i deleted a week ago. but while starting up im getting error messages like "could not load or run C:/TCWIN45/PIPELINE.remind.exe please type the correct name and search or remove the refrerence of it from the registry". i searched in net for removing the reference and i tried.but i could not find any file in the name of "TCWIN45"
can somebody tell me wat can b done??

1) look in startup programs and uncheck if it is there.

2) if familiar with regedit, you can edit/find then search for references as the message is telling you to.
