I am suspicious of these 4 processes.

The processes csrss.exe, winlogon.exse, nvxdsync.exe and nvvsvc.exe have no User Name or Description in task manager. Although in Safe Mode the Username and Description are displayed. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, detected 12 objects and deleted it. I done another pass with Malwarebytes in Safemode also with Spybot and it all came up clean. Does anyone know what is up?

Of course I've searched it up. But each site has it's different views and I don't know which is "right".

Malware Bytes and Spybot are inadequate protection.....they will get most stuff. But kinda like crossing the street and not getting hit by most cars.

would suggest downloading a 30 day free trial of BitDefender or Kapersky Suites and using that to clean your system.
